Bailey Olivia

We found out (via home pregnancy tests) we were expecting a child in late March of 2009. We were THRILLED!!! The doctor confirmed our pregnancy in April and we kept the news hush-hush until we heard our baby's precious heartbeat for the first time on May 26. My pregnancy was fantastic. I loved every minute of it.  Apparently Bailey loved it, too. She was so cozy in my belly that she chose to stay four days past her due date. She was due December 9 but was staying put that day. My doctor scheduled me to be induced Monday, December 14 but, again, Bailey had her own plans. My water broke at 10:50pm Saturday night and we welcomed Bailey into the world at 6:15am on Sunday, December 13. She cried immediately, as did her mom and dad!  We are truly blessed.
